Hello! My name is Miguel Castro (MAC) and I am the manager of INTERTIDAL West Coast Discovery – Nature & Adventure in Foz do Arelho. I have always been a frequent practitioner of outdoor activities, so it was a natural evolution to make them my profession.

Although I lived in several places during my life, I am “local” of Foz do Arelho, so I grew up here, which allowed me to accumulate local experiences and knowledge that will make your experiences with us, unique.
