Hiking, or Rambling is commonly accepted as walking tracks with less than 20Km, that can be made in half a day being the longer or tougher ones made in a whole day.

Whereas Trekking (multi-day treks) is walking tracks with more than 20Km, where we explore remote and isolated paths, resting in tents, hammocks or built shelters. These tracks are made in total autonomy where each participant carries his own equipment, food and water necessary for the journey extent.

Why Intertidal?

The intertidal zone is the area that is above water at low tide and under water at high tide. It is an extremely dynamic area where its inhabitants are adapted to an environment of extreme extremes. In the same way that we adapt quickly to any new situation, feeling as comfortable in and out of the water.
