We invite you to join us during a weekend and head to Tomar for a level 01 survival course.
This course aims to familiarize participants with the basic techniques of survival on land and provide them with the means and knowledge so that they can survive in nature in case of need, or just as personal enrichment, acquiring greater knowledge about life in the outdoors and a greater proximity to nature.

Basics of survival situations (typical scenarios)
Circumstantialism of catastrophes;
Specificity of activities in remote and inhospitable places;
Typification of the most common causes of death: accident, disorientation.

Rule of “3”: serious injury, hypothermia, dehydration, malnutrition, loneliness;

Techniques:
Expedited orientation, by natural indicators. Rectilinear displacement by references.
Building shelters. Natural or expedited;
Fire. Techniques for lighting, and maintaining a fire;
Obtaining water. Locate, collect, filter and purify.
Moorings and overcoming obstacles (knots and rope maneuvers)
Handling knives and other cutting tools.
First aid in outdoor locations
Hunting and fishing traps and foraging edible plants
